I first discovered the North American continent in 2018 during a trip to the United States and a week in Canada! This section therefore focuses on the entire area concerned: USA, Canada, Mexico, Greenland, etc. In short, my trip to North America remains a very beautiful discovery and I look forward to being back there!
Travel in North America

It must be said that adjectives are lacking when trying to characterize the numerous parks of North America: the majestic Grand Canyon, the splendor of Niagara Falls, the immensity of Alaska, the breathtaking landscapes of the Rocky Mountains, the wide-open spaces of the West Coast of the USA, or the desert plateau of Arizona. In my head, and having collected sand for years, I already had in mind all these magical places: Death Valley, the great Canadian lakes, the Colorado parks, the Alaskan glaciers, the Everglades National Park. Well, I think there is enough to fully enjoy a nice trip in North America, right? Today, I hope I’ll be able to talk about it on my travel and photography blog.
Whether you are interested in group travel, a road trip with friends to discover American cities, a family trip in the American West or a trip to Canada in the middle of winter off the beaten track, the North American continent offers a diversity of landscapes, culture, and endless travel possibilities.
For now, this first trip to the North of the United States with a week in Canada has made my mouth water. My visit to the USA had to be focused (not having enough time to visit everything) and I still had the opportunity to discover beautiful sites such as the great Yellowstone Park (known for its geysers and its wildlife), the states of Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, California, and a part of Utah. And what can I say about the breathtaking landscapes of Glacier National Park, on the US/Canada border? Then, I also was lucky enough to discover the magnificent national parks of Banff, Yoho, and Jasper, on the Canadian side – such magical places.
In the meantime, this page will start by retracing my trip to the United States and giving you good tips to prepare your trip there, and I hope that sharing my adventures in these numerous national parks will make you dream! In the future, I’d like to go back and talk to you one day about Alaska and the Western USA (New Mexico, Arizona, Colorado and Southern Utah). Indeed, Alaska and Greenland are two of the areas I absolutely wish to see one day!
I let you discover this page, which I hope will be enriched as the years go by.
Good discovery!
