This page is a continuation of our full field test of the Panasonic 42.5mm f/1.7 O.I.S. With a focal length equivalent to 85mm on a full-frame body, this lens is especially well suited to outdoor portrait photography. However, as you can see below, it can also work very well for landscapes, street photography, and detail shots.
Image quality is right where it should be, and we genuinely consider this lens to offer very good value for money. You get plenty for the price, all in a lightweight barrel with autofocus that works quite well.
