Sony's A6600 model, with a 24-megapixel APS-C sensor, represents the top of the A6000 series, following the release of the A6400 and A6100 in August 2019. Designed specifically to meet the demands of advanced photographers, it offers built-in image stabilization and exceptional autonomy for up to 810 shots on a single charge.

For all types of photography, whether portraits, landscapes or fast action, the A6600 is a top choice thanks to its fast 11 fps burst feature and advanced autofocus. In video, however, it offers 4K UHD quality limited to 30 fps, which may be restrictive for some users.

The body includes a UHS-I SD card slot, which is sufficient for fast data transfer but not up to today's higher standards. Although the A6700 has since taken over with video and display improvements, the A6600 retains its appeal thanks to its excellent value for money, durability and great adaptability.
